Skillbell Talent Hunt 2010 contest Terms and Conditions

General

1. The contest is valid for residents of India only.
2. The participate in the contest, you need to register and fill in your details
3. The terms and conditions contained herein and the terms of Contest Announcement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the contest by Skillbell Technologies. You agree to abide by the Terms in its entirety. In case, if you wish not to agree to the Terms, you should not participate in this contest. Skillbell reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.
4. Participation in Contest is purely voluntary and there’s no participation fee.
5. Contest shall be open from 00:00 hours on 01- 12- 2010 and close on 15- 03- 2011 at 23.59 hours ("Contest Period"). Participants who have registered after the closing period shall not be considered for participation. Skillbell has all the rights to close or extend the Contest date and we are also not responsible for any downtime, delay, corrupted files, etc.
6. If more than one entry is received from the same user, either through the same medium or otherwise, only one such entry, of Organizers' choice, shall be eligible for participation.
7. All decisions of Organizers in relation to Contest shall be final and binding upon participants and Winners. No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.

Awards

1. To get a chance to win the prizes, users will have to participate in the Talent Hunt 2010 contest by registering themselves. And successfully upload the given assignments before the closing hours of the Contest Period.
2. Mere participation in the contest by sending entries does not entitle the participant a prize.
3. Prizes cannot be transferable or substituted for other articles or gifts
4. The Jury Members, after careful evaluation and assessment, shall decide the final winners by selecting the best slogans. The winners for 3 categories shall be entitled to prizes of Rs. 8000, Rs. 5000, and Rs. 3000 respectively. All the participants’ analysis and evaluation sheet shall with Skill bell. A person shall not be entitled to more than one prize. The rating for the participants shall be solely decided by the Jury members.

Winners

1. The winners will have to make their own arrangements to reach the event, which will be in Hyderabad. No other costs or expenses will be paid by the Organizers. Any additional expenses not mentioned in the aforesaid prize shall be bored by the participants. All costs and expenses for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the Prize/s will be borne by the respective Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by the Organizers in this regard. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Skillbell.
2. Names of Winners shall be posted on Skillbell website www.skillbell.com by End of March, 2011. Winners shall be informed individually by letters / emails / telephone. Organizers shall not be liable for any delay, lost or misdirected winning-letters or communications, not answering the mobiles, or if their mobile phone is switched off at the time of call.
3. Skillbell's decision in regard to Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
4. In the event of any winner failing to provide sufficient id proof to the Organizers to the satisfaction, Organizers may forfeit the prize at their sole discretion and provide the prize to a new winner.
5. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winners may be used by Organizers at their sole discretion with prior intimidation
6. Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.

Legal

1. Rules specific to each category are displayed at the time of downloading the respective assignment. In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Contest announcement, the Contest announcement shall prevail.
2. Skillbell reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the candidate has breached any of these terms and conditions. (b) To decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected in the event any entrant is disqualified from the Contest. (c) To require written permission from the parent or guardian of a winner who is under the age of 18.
3. Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be subjected exclusively to Hyderabad jurisdiction. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
